• Obtain current information on taxes, local laws, ordinances and other factors that could impact your choice.
• Provide an estimated expense sheet (a complete outline of closing costs, etc.) for any home on which you choose to make an offer.

To help you BUY a home I will:

• Carefully explain all written documents, handle all negotiations and give you a copy of everything you sign.
• Help you find the lowest-cost financing available and review the procedure for submitting a mortgage application.
• Help coordinate all details necessary to complete the transaction and facilitate a smooth closing.
• Accompany you to the closing as your representative, making sure that your interests are served and that you completely understand all aspects of the settlement process.
